It sounds weird but it takes about 8 months and up to 320 (!) separate production steps to create a single Dita frame. This all happens in Japan where, according to the founders Jeff Solorio and John Juniper the best manufacturers are found: to make those beautiful hinges and brackets of titanium and the handmade acetate frames.
