Was recommended by a friend and I must say we were really happy to have had our multifocal glasses made by Wilfried and his team at Bckspace. Great choice of premium frames, many with a focus on sustainability. State of the art equipment for eye exam, outstanding service, sharp and clear Rodenstock lenses. The glasses ordered on Wednesday were ready on the Friday of the following week.

I needed to change lenses in my glasses and visited Bckeyewear. I really liked the quality of the work done. However, I was confused because the owner promised to send me the glasses within 4 days, but I had to go for them myself after 2 weeks. It’s ok if the service takes more time, but it would be great if to warn customers about delays via email. Also, I was disappointed when the owner haven't stopped responding to my emails about delayed delivery after payment, but before that I've got an answer about a price for service immediately, It's really weird.
