Following the success of last year’s limited-edition capsule created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the iconic Diane von Furstenberg Wrap Dress, DVF and L.G.R present a new colorway for Summer 2025.
The featured model is the Raffaello, a style personally worn by Diane herself, crafted from Honey Havana acetate and paired with Barberini tempered mineral photochromic lenses in Light Blue.
The sunglasses come in an elegant black Saffiano leather case, entirely handmade in Florence by skilled artisans, and equipped with an adjustable strap to be worn over the shoulder or crossbody. The button closure is perfectly sized to also hold a smartphone. The custom packaging includes a microfiber pouch, a cleaning cloth, and a personalized box—each adorned with the distinctive crossword print created for the 50th anniversary of the DVF Wrap Dress.

The protagonist of the Capsule Collection is Raffaello, a model worn by Diane herself, presented in three new combinations of acetate and lenses, designed together by Luca Gnecchi Ruscone and Diane von Furstenberg. Each model of the collaboration capsule is made in an exclusive pattern of tortoiseshell cellulose acetate combined with gradient photochromic Barberini tempered mineral glass lenses.
